Yiwu Huaci e commerce company (Coraynic Technology Limited) was established in December 2018 as a China-based supplier of advanced ceramic materials and precision ceramic components. Our main products include BeO ceramics, alumina ceramics, metallized ceramics, ceramic-to-metal sealing components, and selected tungsten and molybdenum products. We serve customers in electronic packaging, RF and microwave, power electronics, high-voltage insulation, vacuum systems, thermal management and high-temperature equipment. Advanced Ceramic Components We supply customized beryllium oxide (BeO) and alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic components in different grades, dimensions and geometries. BeO products include ceramic substrates, rods, crucibles, tubes and custom components. Alumina products include A-95, A-97, A-99 and A-99.8 ceramic parts, substrates, tubes, rings, insulators and other precision components. Products can be manufactured according to customer drawings, samples or technical specifications. Precision machining can support μm-level accuracy, with small-hole structures down to approximately φ0.2 mm, depending on product design. Metallized Ceramics & Ceramic-to-Metal Sealing Our manufacturing capability covers ceramic metallization and ceramic-to-metal joining, allowing us to supply complete ceramic-metal components rather than only ceramic blanks. Metallization can be applied to external surfaces, flat surfaces, internal holes, steps and other customized structures. Ceramic components can be joined with oxygen-free copper, Mo-Cu, Kovar alloy, titanium alloy and other specified metals using high-temperature brazing, electron beam welding or laser welding, according to the application and component design. These products are used in vacuum feedthroughs, hermetic assemblies, electronic packages, high-voltage components and other specialized applications. Tungsten & Molybdenum Components We also supply selected tungsten and molybdenum refractory metal components that complement our high-temperature ceramic product range. Custom Manufacturing & OEM Support Our production capabilities include ceramic forming, precision machining, surface finishing, metallization, plating where required, ceramic-to-metal brazing, electron beam welding, laser welding and refractory metal component processing. For OEM projects, customers can provide 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, samples or technical specifications. We can review material selection, dimensions, tolerances, metallization requirements, joining methods and other manufacturing details before production. Our quality control process can include material verification, dimensional inspection, surface inspection, electrical testing, metallization evaluation and final assembly inspection according to product requirements.
